Your first session will be a free 30 min discussion around what you are looking at and how I can help. Thereafter an hourly session cost will be $49. For couples, an hourly session cost will be $75.

Group sessions are also available for companies and organizations looking to enhance employee well-being and performance through coaching and meditation practice.

This service includes how to prepare and execute effective goal setting which is key for one's life journey. Meditation training to guide you in understanding the importance of connecting with your inner self is also included. These techniques are tools that can be used anytime and anywhere. These sessions include tips and techniques on how to realize change in your life though the powerful and integral techniques of visualization and gratitude. Goal setting aligns this further for you.
